जैसे एक अच्छा गीत तभी सम्भव है, जब संगीत व शब्द लयबद्ध हों;
वैसे ही अच्छे नेतृत्व के लिये ज़रूरी है कि आपकी करनी एवं कथनी में अंतर न हो।

सुबह सुबह की नमस्ते-

पहाड़ चढ़ने वाला व्यक्ति झुककर चलता है और उतरने वाला अकड़ कर चलता है |
कोई अगर झुककर चल रहा है मतलब ऊँचाई पर जा रहा है और कोई अकड़ कर चल रहा है, मतलब नीचे जा रहा है |
